Fearless and Fabulous started over 10 years ago with our Women's Self Defense Workshops. A lady attending one of the workshops commented afterwards, "I feel fearless now, and that feels fabulous!" The name "Fearless and Fabulous" was born. 

We formed a non profit 501c3 to help us get the message out there and give more seminars.
